The nature of chemicals means that our products are regulated under many National, European and International regulations, directives and controls. 

Enviroquest has many years experience of ensuring our products comply with the regulations in all territories and markets into which we supply. 

Our primary focus and experience is supporting our products under the Biocidal Products Regulations. We have successfully supported our range of timber preservatives products under the Biocidal Products Regulation, with this program of work completed in early 2019.

We have not only supported the products in the UK but also gained authorisations in up to 20 other EU countries. 

Our future work programs include further timber preservative products (PT8), insecticidal products (PT18), Surface Biocides (PT10) and Algaecides (PT2). We are open to take any opportunity that we can to establish an even wider range of products in the future. 

Whilst the work is expensive and time consuming, in supporting our products through these regulations customers and consumers can be assured that our products will demonstrate the highest levels of efficacy to ensure product performance whilst demonstrating they are safe to use for both users and the environment.
